My goal is to help you become stronger physically and develop better basketball skills through various drills, exercises and a positive mental approach to the game of basketball and life in general. Learn more about the various programs.
I am flexible and will work with you on developing a program we can all work with.
Each session will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Strength Training and Skills SessionsIndividual Sessions (Scheduled by Appointment) - $25
2 Person Group Rate - $40 total ($20 person)
3 Person Group Rate - $60 total ($20 person)

What is in a training session?

1. Proper stretching and warm up techniques.
2. Various skill enhancing drills.
3. Fitness and exercise activities and tips.
4. Preparing for success.
Details for each session will vary, based upon the skill level and age of attendees.
